my approach 🌱
rooted in reflection, justice, and a return to self.
Healing isn't one-size-fits-all. I believe therapy and coaching should feel like a collaborative, compassionate exploration of who you are, what you've been through, and where you want to go.
here’s what grounds my work:
1. an existential lens
I often work with big questions. What matters to you? Who are you becoming? What do you want your life to feel like?
My approach is deeply existential in nature—which means I don’t offer quick fixes or surface-level strategies.
I support you in slowing down, getting honest, and finding your way back to your own meaning, values, and voice.
Together, we explore how you've been shaped by your experiences—and how you want to shape what comes next.
2. naming the systems that impact us
It’s not just you. So much of what we call "burnout" or "low self-worth" is actually a response to systems that make it hard to feel whole.
Capitalism and systemic norms that uphold perfectionism, productivity, and disconnection— all teach us to overfunction, overgive, and stay small.
In my work, we name these systems not to feel defeated, but to feel empowered. You deserve care and healing that isn’t framed as something you need to "earn."
3. reparenting & identity work
If you grew up feeling like you had to be the responsible one, the strong one, or the "good girl" — you might still be holding yourself to impossible standards.
Reparenting invites you to relate to yourself differently.
We work together to build self-trust, meet your needs with compassion, and reconnect with parts of yourself that never got the support they needed. It's identity work, too — rediscovering the you beneath the pressure to perform.
