🌿 about me

hi, I’m desirèe ~ but you can call me des 🤍

I’m a trauma-informed therapist with a holistic approach, passionate about supporting high-achieving women navigating burnout, perfectionism, and the quiet exhaustion of overfunctioning.

In my work as a therapist and coach, I hold space for women who are used to being the capable one — the dependable, thoughtful, high-performing one — but who have forgotten what it is like to feel cared for, internally.

My approach blends deep emotional insight with embodied, practical support. It’s rooted in nervous system awareness, self-trust, sustainable self-compassion, and identity reconnection. Whether in therapy or coaching, I’ve always created space to explore what’s underneath the coping — gently and at a pace that honors each person’s readiness.

While I’m not accepting clients privately at this time, I continue to be guided by relational, nervous system–informed care that meets people where they are.
