My work is rooted in trauma-informed therapy, attachment theory, and mindfulness-based practices. I believe healing happens when we shift deep-rooted beliefs about self-worth, productivity, and what it means to be “good enough.”

Coaching sessions (worldwide) at $160 per 50 minutes, featuring structured reflection practices, mindful resource integration, and a presence-centered approach to personal growth and transformation.
